Pear and feta salad

Method

  1. Wash the salad leaves in salted water, dry and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl make the dressing by mixing together olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
  3. Mix sliced onion, cherry tomato (if you're using), sliced USA pears, salad leaves and dressing.
  4. Chop the feta cheese into chunks. Mix the cream cheese with a few drops of olive oil for a separate dressing.
  5. Plate with strips of grated beetroot to add some colour and toss some nuts on top.

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • White Balsamic Vinegar ½ no.
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Cherry Tomatoes 2 no.
  • USA Pears 2
  • Nuts of your choice 20g
